If Searchbop isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund it in full.

How to ask

Email hello@tengrx.com from the address you bought with, or include your order details. Refunds are issued through Polar, to your original payment method.

After a refund

Your license ends, and you agree to stop using the app.

What isn't covered

Costs from your own AI provider or other services aren't part of your purchase, so we can't refund them. This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
